  1. Valuation and assessment of land and buildings, plant and machinery, furniture and fittings including other chattels for various purposes:

Acquisition and compensation:- Government parastatals, company and individual acquisition of land sites and other assets, compulsorily or by negotiation. Valuation for payment of compensation and settlement for pollutions, environmental degradation, oil spillages, gas flares, chemical damages, and environmental impact assessment.
