PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT:
Construction, project management, refurbishments and reconstruction. We undertake project supervision and full time development and construction of residential estates and special building design and constructions.
We advise Property Developers as regards design, location, taste and facilities in order to meet of the end users.

We prepare feasibility viability appraisals of certain developments, industrial, office, residential, hotels and service-oriented developments in Real Estate. We advise on site, land values, location, type of development, envisaged returns and financial implications prior to commitments.
